How do I disconnect OptiqOS from my CRM or other system?

Each provider has its own connected-apps screen. For HubSpot, see Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Connected Apps. For QuickBooks, see Apps β†’ My Apps β†’ OptiqOS β†’ Disconnect. OptiqOS stops syncing within minutes. To request deletion of any data we've synced, email support@navipoint-technologies.com.

What data does OptiqOS read?

OptiqOS only reads what you explicitly authorize during the OAuth consent step. We request the minimum scopes needed for each integration. For details on each integration, see the relevant page in our documentation.

Does OptiqOS write data back to my systems?

By default, no. OptiqOS is read-only for every integration unless you separately enable a workflow that requires write access. Write capabilities are gated behind explicit opt-in and require their own authorization.

Where is my data stored and how is it secured?

OptiqOS runs entirely on Microsoft Azure. Tokens are encrypted at rest in Azure Key Vault using AES-256. All data in transit uses TLS 1.2+. Customer data is logically isolated by tenant ID at every layer of the platform.

The HubSpot install screen says OptiqOS is "unverified" β€” is that a problem?

OptiqOS is currently in HubSpot's app review queue. Until review completes, HubSpot shows an "unverified app" warning during install. The OAuth flow itself is fully functional β€” your data flows normally. The warning will be removed automatically once HubSpot publishes the listing.
